Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

1. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, US public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds automatically if items are out of stock, encounter pricing system errors, or involve suspected fraudulent transactions.
3. Before shipment, we conduct simple inspection for appearance integrity to reduce the probability of damaged parcels during delivery.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Continental United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US territories: 5–10 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

• Global delivery is supported. Standard international shipping normally takes 10–25 business days, subject to customs clearance efficiency and local logistics speed.
• Shipping times are estimated only, and cannot be fully guaranteed due to customs inspection, logistics delays, peak shopping seasons.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

1. Domestic shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, size and delivery region, which will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before payment.
2. We occasionally launch free shipping promotions for designated products or order amount thresholds; promotion rules shall prevail at the time of purchase.
3. International shipping charges do not include import duties, value-added tax, customs brokerage fees or local consumption taxes of the destination country. Recipients are fully responsible for all customs charges incurred.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

1. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping notification email containing tracking number and logistics query link to your reserved email address.
2. You can track real-time logistics status via the official website of the corresponding logistics carrier.
3. If tracking information fails to update for more than 5 days, please contact our official email for assistance.

5. Delivery Address Responsibilities

1. You must fill in accurate, complete shipping address, recipient name and valid contact phone number. We are not liable for non-delivery, lost packages caused by wrong address, invalid phone number or recipient refusal to sign for the parcel.
2. If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or missed pickup by customers, the customer needs to bear the return freight and additional re-delivery shipping cost if resending is required.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

1. If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package: please check with neighbors, apartment front desk, parcel locker first, then contact us within 3 days. We will assist in filing a logistics claim.
2. For parcels damaged during transit: retain complete unboxing videos and damage photos, send materials to our email within 7 days upon receipt, we will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
3. Lost parcels confirmed by logistics companies will be fully refunded or re-shipped free of charge at your choice.

7. Customs Notice for International Orders

1. All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which may cause delivery delays, and we shall not be held responsible for such delays.
2. It is the buyer’s obligation to comply with local import laws. We are not responsible for goods confiscated or detained by customs of the destination country.
